  • This morning the BBC is reporting that a whistleblower has handed over the records of several Swiss banks to Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, revealing fraud and tax evasion. This raised the question of labeling whistleblowers, especially those who are dismissed, as banker Rudolf Elmer has been, as "disgruntled former employees."
