Jill Beraud joined Tiffany in October 2014. Prior to Tiffany, she was CEO of Living Proof, a hair-care comapny whose products take their anti-frizz functionality from, of all things, a team of MIT scientists. Before Living Proof, she launched Victoria Secret's Panty Sampling program, and bypassed the Super Bowl for Pepsi's social media Refresh Project, pledging $20 million to customers' causes, and oversaw the creation of Starbucks's Refresher drinks.
