Connected to: Larry David
Jerry Seinfeld is an award-winning comedian, writer, producer, and actor. Though he's best known for Seinfeld, the '90s sitcom he starred in and co-wrote with Larry David, Seinfeld has continued to be a force in comedy even after the show ended with cult-following films like Bee Movie (which he co-wrote and co-produced) and as an advertising pitchman for companies like Microsoft and American Express. Comedy Central has named him one of the greatest standup comedians of all time. More recently, Seinfeld has been celebrated for his web series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, which features comedians like Amy Schumer, Chris Rock, and Aziz Ansari joining Seinfeld for a coffee, a drive in a classic car, and 20 minutes of witty banter. It's also spliced with Seinfeld-crafted Acura advertisements, an industry he tells Fast Company he saw as lacking creativity. Since it was created in 2012, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee has been nominated for two Emmys and has won two awards for Outstanding Digital Series from the Producers Guild of America.
