He may not have lent his name to cookware yet, but Eric Ripert is multi-media kitchen dynamo. He's a television host, a guest on Bravo's Top Chef, and has cohosted a radio show with Anthony Bourdain. As head chef and co-owner of Le Bernardin in New York City, Ripert has hung on to his four star rating from the New York Times for over two decades, along with a coveted three Michelin stars.

When you serve lobster, you've taken a being's life away. Therefore if you create a recipe, you have to be very dedicated to elevate the lobster, to make it good and tasty of course, but at the end of the day it's a matter of paying homage.
