During his six years as chief creative officer at Burberry, Christopher Bailey not only designed the collections, he masterminded the brand experience in store and online, from the runway to reality, using a combination of music, digital tech, and good old-fashioned customer service. In October 2013, the company announced he would take on the role of CEO in mid-2014.
