April Bloomfield

April Bloomfield is the executive chef and co-owner of The Spotted Pig, The Breslin Bar & Dining Room, The John Dory Oyster Bar, and Salvation Taco in New York City, as well as Tosca Cafe in San Francisco. She is also the author of a cookbook, A Girl and Her Pig (Ecco 2012). In 2014, she won the regional James Beard Award for best chef in New York City.
