I am in my early forties with a wife and three children. I have been in the real estate development, management, and brokerage business for fifteen years. I love sales, leadership, trend spotting, teaching, sharing ideas and philosophy (coupled with practical application).

I read several books per month, mostly on business topics and/or christian spirituality. I teach a sunday school class that is comprised largely of Gen Yers who are stepping into the early phases of their careers. I enjoy itunes,listening to several audiobooks per month.

This past October I bought an exsisting real estate brokerage (Century 21 franchise) that was steadily losing market share over the past several years. Turning such an animal around in even the best of times is challenging, but in a cooling sector it's just plain tough.

Other hobbies/interests include bird hunting, deep sea fishing, and community involvement.
