a small company still has to learn how to wheel and deal with others in order to survive. he also must show respect to his employees ritch or poor educated or not if a person is qualified for the position be open minded enough to give him that oppertunity to do so. we are too rapped up in money these days and not enough in the people who do the work for us. hire a few people than fire them three months down the road to make sure you do not have to pay benefits . just tell them that in the future there will be no benefits if the company can not afford. why lie. i prefer a good staff of people that i can trust like a family than workers who are im compition which each other in order to stay alive because of cut backs
