When I click "add to my page" for a blog it's a bit ambiguous where
this goes. When I click "My Home" they don't appear - it's only when I
view my public profile that I can see them.

Also - Scoble's blog
doesn't seem to have an RSS feed, and the one that appeared for the
Tech Monday blog had no content - so I'm not sure if that feed actually
works yet. But these feeds should be consistent for all blogs.
