Defect: See screenshot. When adding work history on my profile, I was unable to view end date years between 1999 and 2005, which I would expect to show.
Usability:
- Added work history: As I add work history, the list of additions displays at the bottom of the page. This is not intuitive, and leaves the user wondering if their addition was truly successful. Suggest moving this to the top of the page and showing basic information like start and end dates.

- "Tell us About Your Job" Section: Shows every time a user adds a position. This implies that these fields are associated with EACH position being entered. This doesn't make sense as both fields are prefixed with "Current". Suggest relocating this section to another page.

- "Save & Continue" Button: Is misleading throughout the profile edit screens. I clicked it expecting to save my current settings and move to the next section of my profile. Rather, I was taken to the home page of the site. Either change the button function to move to the next section of the profile, or change the label of the button to "Save and Finish/Exit".

Usability Continued:
4. When editing a position in work experienc, the save button should not read "Add Position". Suggest "Save Position", "Update Position", or simply "Save".
