Since March of 2002 I have been working as Director of IT Staffing Services for DTI, a full-service IT consulting firm with headquarters in Chicago. Prior to DTI, I was also Director of Staffing Services for USI, a regional IT Services and Staffing firm based out of Detroit, MI. I have also held increasingly responsible positions in recruitment and branch/operations management roles at Inforizons, Sykes Enterprises, Johnson Service Group, Volt Technical Services and other national and international IT and Technical Staffing organizations. My experience in the IT and Technical staffing industry span better than 20 years and my achievements and recognition have been numerous - ranging from managing the recruitment function for a Semiconductor Equipment firm that went from 300 to over 1000 employees during a 12 month period to getting the Manager of the Year Award for first yearÂ’s growth of a Technical Services Staffing Branch office. My last 6 years of pure IT Staffing Support will greatly enhanced DTIÂ’s IT Staffing (ITS) and IT Consulting (ITC) practices. My past staffing related responsibilities have included; direct sales contacts with corporate, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and human resource management in the development and maintenance of purchase agreements for contract (supplemental) staffing services. I have supervised and guided the expansion of new and existing markets within the contract staffing industry with complete P&L responsibility. At DTI., I am responsible for growing the ITS practice and supporting all other staffing needs of the other practice areas as well as internal staffing needs for DTIÂ’s operations. My professional associations have included the National Association of Computer Consultants (NACCB), National Technical Services Association (NTSA), Data Management Association (DAMA), and the Society for Human Resource Management Association (SHRMA). As VP of Membership for the new Michigan Chapter of DAMA International I help grow the organization to over 100 members before leaving to join DTI here in Chicago.Although born in Wisconsin, I consider myself a native of Arizona and my career has allowed me the opportunity to live in variety of locations around the world. I received my BS and MBA degrees from Western International University in Phoenix, AZ.
