My calling is designing and facilitating transformational learning opportunities. I have been a professor at the Wharton School of Business and the Darden School of Business, teaching in the area of organizational behavior and leadership. Right now I am most passionate about Spirit of the New Workplace, a mind, body, heart, and soul exploration of work.
