Bio and Interests: Robert Arnold

As an Architect and Planner, I am very focused on the needs of the client. My motto is "Putting Dimension back into Architecture.... SynergyPad". By this I mean that there are plenty of companies that can put up a building for you, but I want to focus on the needs, desires, possibilities and options that are open to the client. Thus, we start with strategic planning on facility needs, by understanding the organization and educational setups and networks that are present within the group, which will add a dimensional depth to the project and allow for the future possibilities to surface. Then our clients can see and understand more fully why they need the facility and how it will bring about accomplishing their vision and bringing value to them and their company or group. Our "Synergy" is a blending and understanding of each party involved that unleashes the potential in every project.

Community design is of a special interest, as all communities are special places that deserve to be treated with individuality, not as every other town.  My desire as a Planner is to work with communities and help them to experience the essence of what they are and what they can be.  This type of synergy is a welcome sight when it is experienced and the floodgates open with possibilities to find and enhanse the "places" of the town.  There is no greater satisfaction then to see a town find the things it can "celebrate".

I am a prolific reader and thinker, have designed and implemented leadership courses, implement strategic planning, work on community economic development initiatives, provide leadership in a variety of venues in my community and love to dialogue on most topics.
