Over the past twenty five years, Sterling Munce has had experience
in
management, marketing, designing, developing, planning and consulting
with fortune 500 companies such as; Universal Studios, Warner Brothers,
Paramount
Studios and more. Mr. Munce was involved in the second
phase design and layout of the world famous BB King's House of Blues at
Universal City Walk.

As a former Building Contractor, Mr. Munce
has built over 300 residential and 50+ commercial buildings. Also,
Sterling has developed business plans and marketing strategies for
Disney Interactive in 2000 + 2001 that specifically resulted in 2 joint
ventures for Disney, one with Microsoft's ISP provision and a separate
venture with Bank One Visa cards replacing the Disney Dollars and
creating a Disney Membership Rewards program. Sterling also aided
several startup companies while personally raising over (ten million)
dollars in Investment money for various client projects.

He
founded and is presently launching a boutique company, Green Dreams
Ventures, a "Green" Venture Capital company which allows smaller
Investors to
participate in joint ventures and private placements. His company has been
instrumental in bringing green technologies that have powerful and
unique
proprietary products to market. His latest new discovery is several
Green technologies for energy efficient Solar technology, Organic
insulation and Fireproofing materials, as well as a unique
commercial/residential construction technology called SHIPs by
VolcanWall (www.volcanwall.com [1]) which enables builders to quickly and
safely build fireproof homes that also have many other benefits.

Sterling
and his partners have licensed VolcanWall and are in the process of
building factories in Southern California, Las Vegas, Mexico, Costa
Rica and Chile. They have created a complete "green" building system
and have several critical green technologies in development to create
buidlings that generate their own water, energy, gas and sewage without
the need to be hooked into public utilities and will be able to build
virtually anywhere in the world.
