Sign up online, pay the $500 setup fee, and arrange with your FlyLite personal assistant (PA) to get a suitcase. Customers (about 100 so far) are mostly men who travel about 50 times a year. "When I was flying a ton," says FlyLite CEO Steve Zilinek, a former investment adviser, "the biggest hassle wasn't taking my carry-on through the airport, it was packing and unpacking."
