&lt;p&gt;Thanks again for including me in this interview. As a topic that is near and dear to my heart, I would love to others thoughts on this subject. It&#039;s something that individuals and companies will face more and more in the future and if it&#039;s done correctly, it can be a &quot;win win&quot; for everyone.&lt;/p&gt;
