actually, i'm with the flame retardant suit guy.

screw starbucks and dunkin donuts (although i think the first guy who mentioned dd deserves a high five.)

Fast Talk Response -

starbucks' evolution into a corporate entity has opened gaps for competition.

i would rather drink my coffee (note not a decaf moca latte grande pooty tooty) at a place you've never heard of because it only has one location down my street than at starbucks, and a lot of people who want a coffee shop would too.

six hundred stores closing will just be the scaling back of what has been obviously over inflated for a while.

Comment on Node ant

do any of you use facebook?

honestly you might know too much about it to know anything at all. it is changing, a lot, all the time.

i've been riding it from its beginnings, and i use it a lot. far from being any type of broken bubble, it is king of networking among so many demographics. if you don't have a facebook, you're not in the crowd. if you don't have a collegeu account, who cares becuase collegeu sucks.

what a dumb idea, bursted bubble. that's like saying the moon's bubble has burst. i haven't heard much about the moon lately, it must not be cool anymore.

sweep it all into the grass

i am ready to quit my job, and for the first time i join the ranks of the generally unsatisfied and disenfranchised.

i'm not quitting actually; i'm changing, and that is natural. when i cooked the idea up in my head, i was not sure of it at all. i thought i was stuck in my little rut, marching my way through life. now i know i can hope for better; i know there is more.

so when i walk through the doors for the next couple weeks i'll walk with a smile on my face and a bounce in my step because i know it will pass.

Fast Talk Response -

not really, if your 19. if you're 39, maybe.

but look at it this way, you could have no job at all, or worse (in my opinion) be stuck in job that is neither productive nor enjoyable.

so, maybe 3 jobs in 3 years is perfect, for you.
