On a personal level if you're advancing your career and increasing your happiness then no. On a professional level, it definitely doesn't look good to employers if you are a random job hopper.

If you have to worry about your employees having discipline working flex hours then you hired the wrong people. Give disciplined, hard working people flex hours and they'll be happy and more productive.

It doesn't mean anything until we find out what the new agreements are. Hopefully any new trade agreements will require foreign companies to meet the same amount of quality control standards that US companies have to comply to.
