Using an objective and pragmatic model, it unifies language and achieves results quickly. It converts guides into genuine pilots and leaders. Based on a simple but common language, they are trained to steer their ships to a safe port even under the most difficult conditions.&lt;/p&gt;

Without a substantial improvement in the organizations that govern us, this probably will be the last century of our cosmic uniqueness. The problems facing organizations today demand a five star manager at every level. I have an &quot;in house trainning&quot; for my exes.They must &quot;speak MBS&quot; before involved them in any outside board.&lt;br /&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;The MBA is undoubtedly a good program but is very similar to the undergraduate, except that much more extensive. There are many young graduates in MBA. To be top executive, it´s necessary more than that. The experience provides a very substantial to withstand the pressures that come with responsibility. The required maturity for every executive, is not acquired at the business school, is achieved at the front line . Therefore  I ask for some complementary language that I call MBS. MBS is not more knowledge.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Philip Delves Broughton, holder of an MBA from Harvard Business School wrote an interesting article titled “Harvard’s masters of the apocalypse”. Broughton is the author of What They Teach You at Harvard Business School, published by Viking. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We must consider several subjects. This debate has long time. I remember my first response in the nineties with some considerations on the need for changes in the MBA programs.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;This debate about MBA contribution to CEOs development is very old. MBAs are not managers or leaders per se. This is done based on permanent training. It is possible that some or many MBAs, become good CEOs, managers or real leaders. But this is a matter of time, practice and permanent learning. Schools cannot graduate CEOs, Managers, less leaders.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I think is a mistaken tendency to think that all MBAs become good CEOs or managers. It is not necessary to have a degree in MBA, for being a good CEO or manager.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The world must agree to the predominance of the common good over individual welfare, and accept that irational or harmful action on the part of some organizations during the course of their development, can become a Sword of Damocles that could jeopardize the world order and pose a genuine threat to community.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We need MBS, but the good, not the bad nor the ugly.&lt;br /&gt;
