 <description>&lt;p&gt;Innovative. But beyond their products, I think that the service experience and their retail marketing is the point that makes Apple so special. Think about it, they are the industry standard for service and they surprise customers that have had so many poor experiences with service with other brands. I think that makes the brand so valuable in a 360 degrees view.&lt;/p&gt;
