 <description>&lt;p&gt;Microsoft doesn&#039;t exactly need Yahoo to save it. They can continue to rake in the billions selling their OS (Consider this, if you dont like Vista ... you can still buy XP). And the school of thought which believes that the Web would be the OS of the future is perhaps dreaming a tad too much, so Google can take Microsoft to the cleaners in the Search &amp;amp; Advertising market, but tough to see Microsoft&#039;s leadership in the OS &amp;amp; Office space being challenged in the next few years&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Individuals, as they manage their careers also need a Positioning statement, and this must be derived out of what that individual values in life&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The question we all need to ask ourselves is &#039;What do you stand for ?&#039;&lt;br /&gt;
Is it Innovation, is it efficiency, is it Leadership etc etc&lt;/p&gt;
