 <description>&lt;p&gt;I think if it is well executed then yes, it can work. A company has to look at how to properly engage it&#039;s readership without it appearing that they are taking the ideas generated by the readership and using them exclusively without reward. There needs to be some feeling of ownership amongst the contributors as well.&lt;/p&gt;
