 <description>&lt;p&gt;The lastest figures show that the number of Internet users in China is 200M, and the world&#039;s largest IM network, Tencent&#039;s QQ, has 270M registered users.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How is it that there are many more IM users than Internet users? A significant proportion of younger Chinese access the Internet from Internet cafes, and hold multiple accounts on QQ. &lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;B-schools have a tendency to create high-paid and expensive bureaucrats, not innovators. Depending on their training, they tend to see things from one angle only. New companies need people who are able to see a problem from multiple angles, then move quickly to solve those problems.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;The most important change I&#039;ve noticed from Facebook is that it breaks down the barrier between public and private personas, something which most Americans over the age of 40 are keenly aware of. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now, this distinction is quickly disappearing.&lt;/p&gt;
