 <description>&lt;p&gt;@Charley X, perhaps the reason that there isn&#039;t an equal distribution of men and women in Tech is not because of an intrinsic inferiority but rather that far too many people adhere to misogynistic biases that prevent our society from moving forward. You also don&#039;t see many female CEOs, black football coaches, gay politicians, et al. There are bigger issues at play. And get out of here with the flimsy &quot;birds swimming&quot; argument.&lt;/p&gt;

The little tyke sits in front of the tv, sees that catchy McDonald&#039;s ad, hops on his tricycle, peddles his way to the drive-thru for a happy meal which is sure to come with a hot new Hannah Montana action figure. That must be it.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I agree with Saabira in that I would stay away from the iPhone (and the monthly fees that come with a contract) as well, though the updated iTouch might be a viable alternative. Also, i&#039;ve given the new Pandoralike &quot;Genius&quot; feature a test run and it seems to be pretty cool. This is currently available by installing the new version of iTunes.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I agree with Johnny on this one. It is definitely too soon to tell whether or not this campaign will be effective. I actually thought the ad was pretty humorous with Seinfeld&#039;s classic style, but I still believe that the effectiveness of the campaign will ultimately be judged as a whole, not by one installment. Regardless, anyone who is betting on this being more effective than the PC vs Mac ads, please contact my bookie.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I&#039;m not sure that thinking in absolutes is the right way to go about being &quot;green&quot;. We can go green without knowing everything about greenification. Respondents to the above survey may not know what constitutes a &quot;green&quot; house but they do know that a house that recycles is greener than one that doesn&#039;t; they know that appliances that use less energy are greener than those that use more.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;In the age of wifi, iPhones, and of course Crackberrys, it seems that our need to communicate (especially for work purposes) is insatiable. We feel out of place unless we are able to be reached at all times, day or night. Planes used to be the one place where we HAD to relax. Unfortunately, it seems those glorious days are coming to an end. My advice, leave the phones off, buy yourself a nice airplane blanket and maybe an airplane bottle of liquor to go with it.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I&#039;ll be honest, I hadn&#039;t heard of Hulu until just now...so i&#039;m thinking not so much. After checking it out, it looks to be much better managed and controlled than YouTube and other similar sites. I&#039;m not sure this is a good thing. One of the things that makes YouTube great is the freedom that it allows its users. It will be interesting to see how Hulu develops though, and how other YouTube and YouTubesque sites respond if Hulu truly takes off.&lt;/p&gt;
