Fast Talk Response -

I think it already is -- save for choosing background colors and music. But the old Facebook -- focused communities, simple aesthetic, non-commmercial environment -- is gone.

Comment on Node ant

I suppose if this really took hold, and Google was powering 90% of communities within ordinary websites so they could do demographic targeting of ads, 90% of all contextual ads, trafficking 90% of display ads via their new acquisition -- DART -- then Google's concentration of power will become really overwhelming. That's a lot of maybes. But something to think about.

Fast Talk Response -

The country is still divided on this issue. Which means there is as much of market for non-violent games as violent games. With the election and the war, the national media is pretty well saturated with news, so GTA didn't catch the flak it might have two years ago.

Fast Talk Response -

Almost impossible these days with flex hours. We have some people starting at 5 a.m. And other people ending their day at 9 p.m. but who begin at noon.

I think the question is: how can a boss still make it known that they are the most committed person at the organization given the modern work environment is mobile and time shifts.

A Fast Company.com Week Three Update

The following is a reponse to a lengthy and thoughtful (though at times off-base) analysis of the new FastCompany.com by Forrester Research analyst Jeremiah Owyang. His post can be found at:

Hi Jeremiah,

I’m the president of Mansueto Digital and built the new FastCompany.com along with several dozen extremely talented strategists, IAs, developers and designers. A true team effort of more than a year.
