Comment on Node ant

As a 23 years veteran in the technology industries, I can tell you that women are at all levels across the industries. Many of those I started my career with are now business managers coming from project lead positions with companies like MS whilst others specialised in programme management and sales and marketing as they came up through the ranks.

I admit the percentage of women in the tech industries is low compared with men but hell, we are making alot of noise where we can.

Monetizing Web 2.0 & social media

My contacts are just about to truly monetise Facebook and other social platforms with games, widgets and much else besides whilst others have clear ROI when launching brands and asscoiated merchandise. EMI & Channel 4 are the 2 major companies speaking at the conference on 9th July in London - Monetise Web 2.0 & Social Networks conference is part of the Visual Web Convention. Leading brand agencies in this space will also discuss the reality of the current environment.

It is my contention that high growth companies are innovative companies whether they are Blue Chips or not.
