 <description>&lt;p&gt;No.  You cannot blame the companies.  It is the feeble consumers who buy bottled water who are in the dock.  In most of the western world tap water is fine for drinking and much better for the environment.  People who needlessly buy bottled water are silly.&lt;/p&gt;
