 <description>&lt;p&gt;I hated the retail analogy but not as much as I hate facebook these days. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yesterday, they deleted my Frank Sinatra page that had over 90,000 fans just like that. Fans could listen to tunes there (but not download!) The reality is facebook is not an ascap member and if they were, they should have checked my license agreement to see if I had an ascap licence in place, before shutting it down.&lt;/p&gt;
