 <description>&lt;p&gt;@Katrina Nigon: Has it occurred to ANYONE (not just you) that an &quot;18% to 25.4% tax&quot; is REALLY HIGH? During the period of prosperity in the U.S. from 1980-1988, the income tax rate was around 10-15% for most taxpayers. It can only help the economy to allow earners to keep more of their income, which will then be saved for the future, or spent on goods and services (also good for the economy).&lt;/p&gt;
