 <description>&lt;p&gt;One of the things that could be useful to Wal-Mart is thinking not only in systems terms, but in living systems terms.  Peter Senge has a nice treatment of leading a living organization, and Peter Robertson and I have a couple of Spirit of the New Workplace publications as well that I can send to anyone interested.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Patagonia is a poster-child for what human business organization can be, in a lot of ways.  They couple environmental sensibilities with an equal commitment to creating a great place to work.  My students have really enjoyed reading Chouinard&#039;s book about Patagonia called &quot;Let My People Go Surfing.&quot;  Spirit of the new workplace in action...&lt;/p&gt;
