Texas secession has been a hot issue for decades and not it’s getting a little bit louder. Governor Rick Perry has released a statement in the wake of the numerous &quot;tea parties&quot; over taxes that have broken out all over the nation.  He&#039;s more or less intimated that it might get brought up later, and it&#039;s doubtful there will be military loans for new border construction.&lt;/p&gt;
