 <description>&lt;p&gt;This is all great advice! The five steps may seem daunting but they seem to have worked for Keith. I do want to make my &quot;brand&quot; grow in the marketplace. One other way I have found to do this is a site called personavita.com it allows me to create online portfolios and share essentially my lifes work. While at the same time having my peers validate my contributions.&lt;/p&gt;
