 <description>&lt;p&gt;Cubicles are design poorly. There is no protection and this alone is just one of the many problems. There are ways to design cubicles to better enhance the space, increase profits and offer privacy without having to squeeze people together and make it worse. But first it&#039;s dealing with the people who work there and then designing space based on instincts and vulnerability.&lt;/p&gt;
