Funny thing about this assessment, if the same total for Question 3-7, people having 50-Good contacts would have the same score as people who have 51-poor contacts. Same thing goes with 50-VeryGood vs 101-Poor (or 205-Terrible).

About the two noteworthy shifts, I don't think it's quite Convincing to conclude "relationships component MUST become bigger part".
1) All it says is People may NOT want to wait 20-years, not necessarily means leadership development can be accelerated.
2) Internet provided better ways to communicate (network), that's it.

Not that I am a fan of the "20%" estimation from 20 years ago, but I believe it's just equally possible that "relationship" has the same importance as before. The only thing changed (by Internet) was the effectiveness of how people communicate/network.

Talking about "competing against Pavan Vishwakarma", it only means we shouldn't compete with him (them) in the fields that everyone can pick up easily, like web development. There are other fields/jobs that cannot be outsourced, thus still give out big paycheck with reasonable hours, if only you figure out what they are. ;)

I think the freelance web developer was just working under-capacity and trying to get more jobs to work with, thus the extreme advertisement.

And since free-lance web developers are in surplus nowadays, I doubt how much such "ad" would help his business. ^_^

If someone emails you about "wants to endow a school in Vietnam", I bet he won't change his mind if the response email has to be sent out later, in the morning. So what's the point? really!

Why would AOL VP "ate the fee" if caterers messed up the date? Why would she "blow up" if caterers came as scheduled (maybe she is the one who messed up the date)?

Another comment about "freelance web designer" who advertised as working all hours, I think he was just working under-capacity and trying to get more jobs to work with, thus the extreme advertisement. But I doubt if such "ad" would work, not only because free-lance web designers are in surplus, but also he still cannot compete with India/Chinese outsourcing labor.
