 <description>&lt;p&gt;Working flexibly in retirement should start with a clear understanding of what each employee is really good at, his/her core skills and talents,  and what he/she has done and is doing well, how core skills and talents have been successfully applied.  This is important because there’s no reason to assume that we will or want to keep doing what we’ve done on the job.  There could be other ways our talent can be used more effectively.&lt;/p&gt;
