It's my guess that the down economy is going to be the perfect opportunity for those firms and individuals who have their sails wide open when the winds of an upturn start blowing.</p> <p>Everyone had great comments, but nobody mentioned health care. I'm thinking that with a new administration, 2009 is when your health care providers are going to meet the Net in a big way.
