 <description>&lt;p&gt;Interesting article Cisco has been trying to do the collaboration thing for quite some time now, looks like it may be paying off.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I applaud Mr. Chambers for democratizing some of the decision making at Cisco which contributes to the use of their own technologies and allows them to practice what their sales people preach. However, the author of this article did a disservice to Cisco investors by claiming that the company is becoming socialist, and given its employees false-hope.&lt;/p&gt;
