 <description>&lt;p&gt;A close friend of mine, Richard Westlake has set up a group on Facebook and it inspired me .. it&#039;s called something like &#039;we&#039;ve seen the recession and do not want to participate thanks&#039; .... and isn&#039;t this what it is all about? &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;New Zealand is reknown worldwide for being the first cab off the ranks .. let&#039;s live up to that and start investing back into the economy to get the party started!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Go on, take the money out of the bank and buy that property or business you&#039;ve been waiting for&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I agree with that - exploring the concept that leadership is actually an ability to influence, although it has to be &#039;productive influence&#039; - thought leadership is being mooted around a lot recently - &#039;how do we lead thought&#039; - the psychology of learning and following our intuition - these would be interesting to look into&lt;/p&gt;
