 <description>&lt;p&gt;I ran retail stores for over 32 years in 8 states for 7 national chains.  We used Kenexa in 4 of them.&lt;br /&gt;
The employees enjoyed having their voices heard.  I though it was great ... when I didn&#039;t know anything else was out there.&lt;br /&gt;
Unfortunately, in all cases where we used Kenexa, try as we would, their surveys never netted us positive results.&lt;br /&gt;
This was also the case with PDI.  I know our companies spent sizeable dollars on these projects with large commissions paid to the sales people I met from those companies.&lt;br /&gt;
That is why after leaving retail, I got involved with Profiles International.&lt;/p&gt;
