 <description>&lt;p&gt;I remember a few years back ... (at least 8 year) ... I was giving a talk about Bluetooth Security at a conference and I mentioned this opening of more spectrum to unlicensed wireless as a possibility.  A guy in the front row from one of the mega players in cellular said &quot;We will never let that happen.&quot;  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Surprise, Surprise.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With nine years of warning, you would think that they would have their act together by now but ... maybe that guy is retired now and doesn&#039;t care.&lt;/p&gt;
