 <description>&lt;p&gt;For an innovator, I am shocked that McDonough didn&#039;t see beyond himself and see that his work could bring epic sustainable success in multi-national businesses and heightened &quot;earth in mind&quot; in business if he had opted for open innovation and transparency rather than demanding lofty intellectual property royalties on top of the consulting fees.&lt;br /&gt;
After being so loyal to his work and vision for years...this article provides insights to McDonough that break my heart.&lt;/p&gt;
