 <description>&lt;p&gt;Obama has claimed he will cut taxes for all households earning less than $250,000. According to US Census Bureau, that equates to 98.5% of the population - not 95%. And that tax increase over the remaining 1.5% will have to certainly be a lot larger. With the economies current pull back, we are going to see a lot fewer people with incomes &amp;gt; $250k in the next few years, so I agree that this sweeping tax cut can not be funding by an increase on the top few earners.&lt;/p&gt;
