 <description>&lt;p&gt;I think innovation and inspiration come from a variety of sources depending upon the medium of your art. Mine is architecture and while I draw from a wider pool of resources ultimately I try and reflect or produce design which is inherently cultural. While music and film and reflection are good inspirational sources for creation in the end my inspiration comes directly (or indirectly) from you or us...or the cultural driven by my driving theory of the day.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Excellent strategy for innovation. Sometimes the collection of the story is quite simple when the recipients of the innovation are accessible however there are times when the challenge to collect and interpret the audience is difficult or even impossible. Take for example an innovation which improves the way children learn to speak a primary language. The interaction with that audience is of course limited to perhaps signs or generally collected information. Say though the innovation is an advancement of how second languages are taught (or acquired).&lt;/p&gt;
