 <description>&lt;p&gt;Thank you for this astute observation, Dan and Chip. I hope companies take note! At Sprint, when attempting to compliment a manager via their customer service line, I was told I&#039;d have to hope the call was recorded and that someone in management heard it. Today, I witnessed for a second time a United Airlines employee I think is a walking conduit for world peace...really!&lt;/p&gt;
