 <description>&lt;p&gt;Hello,&lt;br /&gt;
I feel that &quot;responsibility revolution&quot; is similar to a term -Corporate social responsibility. CSR is how companies manage its business processes to produce an overall positive impact on society. This is being implemented in many of the fairly large Indian companies. I agree to the fact that employees work to support their companies if it has the same ethical values as employees have.&lt;br /&gt;
And as they say –“Every drop fills the ocean.”&lt;/p&gt;
