 <description>&lt;p&gt;Being someone who hasn&#039;t completely entered the job circuit yet (a college grad) I&#039;m not the best one to give advice. I&#039;d have to say though that the best way really is to be prepared. Begin connecting early and when (and if) this situation does arise you&#039;ll have a whole bunch of people who know you as a hell of a performer. Of course this requires that be a hell of a performer!&lt;/p&gt;
