 <description>&lt;p&gt;Everyone has their preferred way of correspondence and you can&#039;t jugde someone&#039;s efficency and character based on that. Sales people by nature are &quot;talkers;&quot; people who get things done prefer written communication because it takes out the chitchat that sales people use to try to further the sale. Some people can filter the b*s and move on without a sales rep &quot;guiding&quot; them.&lt;/p&gt;

When a company is in transition, especially, the &quot;silence&quot; creates opportunities for gossip, water cooler talk and, frankly, misinformation. It&#039;s incredilbly important for managers and rest of the organization to know what and how to communicate with everyone.&lt;/p&gt;

We are taxed to death (literally) as it is. Who is going to pay for Obama&#039;s &quot;change&quot;...
