 <description>&lt;p&gt;The iPhone is obviously aimed at the mass market and is kind of a do it all, in my view. Thus, these companies should probably focus on particular niches neglected by the iPhone or well, service these niches better than the iPhone. If the iPhone really does sweep market share off these other companies,IMHO, adopting the start-up mentality may be the way to go.&lt;/p&gt;
