When our company helps organization get their environmental messages across to their employee base, we recommend they consider this very question. A good message is both driven by the need to convey a leader goal as well as the need of people to want to participate in goals they see as personally valuable. Leaders need to put themselves in the shoes of their audience and create messages that are recipient friendly.

Let's be leaders in sharing ideas that enable organizations to mobilize their workforces to better greener habits

Organization whether business or otherwise are wanting to mobilize their employees to look for and find ways to stop waste, use less energy, recycle smarter, use water and air efficiently while stopping their pollution, and it goes on and on. Most organizations are now on the band wagon; and now want to know how to do all this better.
