 <description>&lt;p&gt;quit crying.  my god we have turned into a country of cry babys.  we&#039;re supposed excuse people who are stupid, dont know they&#039;re company&#039;s services and sensitive. I refuse to call this people professionals as they don&#039;t even have a fleeting acquaintance with the word.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i think this article was a waste of my 5 minutes.  fast company, i would like a refund.&lt;/p&gt;
